Maybe there is waitress service but it wasn't obvious at all, nor was the menu (I'm assuming food was available). I won't rush to come back. There are better options close by Nobody came in the Newcastle casino end and I was told while checking out that they were sorry and have flagged my account incase I ever stay again.
